Services Provided: This is one of my most favorite projects. This wood framed structure was originally one and one half stories high and it was positioned at the end of a steel building. The scope of the work required that we raise the roof to add a full second floor, redesign the entire interior as an office, and create a new entry in place of the small mud room that was at the front center of the building. I had the pleasure of designing the interior, exterior, and the new foyer. This also required a new exterior treatment in place of the old, and they wanted to distinguish it from the rest of the complex. It was all together fun, interesting, and deeply gratifying to be connected to this little gem.
