Services Provided: Field measure and document existing framing elements. Create new design concepts based on appropriate code requirements. Provide permit level construction drawings, and coordinate structural design of the building with the engineer, the contractor, and the owner. Assist in the selection of all materials needed for construction.

Work Description: Renovation of an Existing Covered Porch to correct structural design deficiencies by removing, replacing, and supplementing all weathered structural elements. Further work was required in shoring up the existing roof structure while replacing and supplementing the existing roof and deck structural elements. In addition to this work was the installation of code compliant guard rails and the coordination with the owner for removable screen panels.
