New Two Story Addition

Services Provided: Field measure and document existing 4 bed room residence. Design and develop permit level construction drawings for a 2 story addition including a 1 floor office, 1st floor dining room, a 2nd floor master bed room suite and renovation of the 2nd floor for access to the new master bed room suite while blending in the exterior treatments so as to make the new addition appear to be part of the original construction.

Work Description: New Two story addition to existing 4 bed room residence with an office and dining room on the 1st floor and a master bed room suite on the 2nd floor.
