New Four Bedroom Modern Farm House Residence

Services Provided: Curran Consulting was contracted by the building contractor to create permit level construction drawings which were to double as the contract drawings with the new home owner. The builder had built similar homes, but wanted to embellish on the design to optimize the space while minimizing the construction costs. This is a four bedroom home with a dining room, living room, family room and an eat in kitchen. In addition to that there is the two car garage, a deck, a master bath room, a half bath on the first floor, a laundry room, and a full bath independent of the master bath on the second floor. This is an elegant design that provides many different rooms without sacrificing cost and space for comfort. The builder had a great deal of input on the design and it was well worth it. We hope to be able to construct variations of this home in other areas in the near future.
