New Five Bedroom Modified Cape Cod Style Residence

Services Provided: Through a mutually known Engineer, we were asked by the real estate development company to assist a young couple in the design of their new home. They were already home owners and were planning for a family in the future. They did much of their homework in advance and were well prepared for what they did and did not want. It was exciting to work with these enthusiastic people as we developed their new home. As always, in some areas of the layout, space was an issue as well as costs. Through many different options and alterations to the drawings, we were able to settle on a design that expressed their personal tastes and fit their budget. The interior layout is very open, spacious, and elegant. Most of their friends and family are border line envious of their new home. It makes us here at Curran Consulting glad to have been a part of that. We wish them all the happiness and joy that comes with starting a new family.
