Services Provided: This project was pretty involved for such a small building. The rear metal building was existing and where the brick building is, there stood a small office. The owner wanted to increase the size of the office area while still operating in the garage out back. We were able to incorporate the old office structure into the new office structure and still deliver the interior layout the owner desired. It was challenging in both the conceptual design layout and in the structural application sense. It is still standing to this day.
