Services Provided: This project was a new twist on an old concept. This facility was not only going to be their regional corporate headquarter, but their distribution center as well. I was responsible for the permit level construction drawings, but the twist is that the designer used a pre-engineered framing system with pre-fabricated tilt-up aggregate (stone) exterior panels. It gave a clean, elegant look that was exceptionally durable at an excellent price.
