Custom Two Bedroom Residence

Services Provided: Field measure and document existing foundation structure. Design and develop permit level custom construction drawings for both the main building and the out building. Provide coordination services with the builder during construction.

Work Description: New custom two bed room residence built on existing foundation of previous ranch. Expanded existing building footprint to include front porch, rear two car garage attached, and a side whirlpool spa room. Detached from the main structure was a high bay RV garage with attached garden shed and covered patio.
