Civil Drafting

Curran Consulting fully realizes that there is a growing need for third parties to offer Licensed Site Professionals, or LSP’s for short, with AutoCAD based drawings and plans. One of our specialties is to provide LSP’s with professional drawing and drafting services that include but are not limited to Site Feature Plans, Soil Boring and Soil Sampling Location Plans, and Subsurface Exploration Plans. We also utilize AutoCAD to draw Air Sparge Wells, Areas of Excavation, Groundwater Gradient Flow Diagrams, Limits of Site Disposal plans, Locus Plans, Monitoring Wells, and Vapor Extraction Wells to name a few.

Our company also provides detail drawings for both Treatment Systems and the Supporting Equipment needed to operate those systems. We have the ability to work within the confines of the rules, regulations, and fee structures set forth by the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (310 CMR 40.0000 or MCP), as administered by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup.  The work we perform needs to comply with certain regulatory criteria, not only for the MCP, but also for Registry of Deeds submittals. Most importantly, our drawings are in a easily understandable format for the layman to understand, thus improving the project’s bottom line costs. We take great pride in tailoring our designs for new construction to existing topographical features thus enabling the construction project to fit within the parameters of the existing site. We have the unique ability to accomplish this based on our founder’s experience and training with transit based field surveys.
