Services Provided: This project was my conceptual design ever. Basically it is a two story office building with an elevator and tenant spaces. The project manager had developed an interior layout based on the clients design criteria. The building foot print was a culmination of what the zoning allowed and what the preliminary budget permitted. I remember the project manager saying to me “just for laughs, why don’t you create a few concepts of the building exterior using glass, brick, and dryvit.” I took it a little hard, and gave it my best shot. The only thing that is different from my conceptual drawing of the exterior was the two light fixtures located at the front entrance of the building. Not bad for a few laughs, huh?
